KF94  Premium face mask

It is designed to protect you from airborne biological particles, debris, bacteria, pollen and infectious pathogens.
KF94 mask can filter more than 94% of particulates around 0.4μm.

Four layers made of global premium materials

1st layer
Toray-Japan Polypropylene Spunbond to be used for outer layer.
The eco-PPSB carries excellent flatness and smoothness.

2nd layer
Dupont-USA stiff & wrinkle-free PP fabric to be used for a supporting layer.
It guarantees a perfect 3D design to maintain a constant space between mouse and inner layer.
(Comfortable breathing and speaking, no smear of lipstick)

3rd layer
Korea-made premium meltblown filter to be applied for easy breathing and good filtration.
It is the most important to use a premium MB filter with low weight and high efficiency.
The hi-quality 30gsm filter brings about better and comfortable breathing than thick 40gsm filter.
For your reference, most of manufacturers use poor-quality 40gsm filter with heavy weight and low efficiency.

4th layer
The inner layer shall be made not by chemical-bonded PP, but by thermal-bonded PP fabric.
It can prevent some smell due to chemical adhesives, and enhance moisture absorption with no fabric-hole blockage.
The specially-treated fabric will keep up a feeling of softness and dryness as it is.
Feels like the beginning and the end are the same even after the extended use of WingWing mask.
You have to feel the difference while wearing our premium mask.

Premium earbands

We use high elastic earbands with 388% elasticity.
The hi-grade loop straps reduce friction on ears, providing a more comfortable experience.
Remember that most manufacturers use normal earbands with 250% elasticity.

Exclusive nose core

48mm wide nose wire, which exclusively developed, shall be applied to secure the best fitment for all shapes/sizes.
The wide core helps to minimize dropping down of mask and vapour formation into the mask.

A class + 8 Medical clean room manufacturing

All WingWing masks duly produced and individually packed in medical-grade clean room.
It guarantees a perfectly-safe mask by blocking dust and hazardous substances while producing and packing.

Packing details

When placing an order, you may choose a packing unit as you want.
The packing details shall be informed accordingly because there are two types in packing.

Case 1 : Individually packed 1pc in a vinyl envelope.
                50pcs in a small box (23*11*27cm), and then 10 boxes in a carton boxes. (60*48*29cm)
                1 Pallet (110*110*217cm): 28 carton boxes = 14,000pcs (28*500pcs)

                20ft FCL : 10 pallets 140,000pcs
                40ft FCL : 20 pallets + 48 carton boxes = 304,000pcs

Case 2 : A 50pc bulky pack, and then 10 packs (500pcs) in a carton box.
                And portable zipper bag 2pcs will be included in a 50pc bulky pack (Mask 2pcs may be put into the small pouch.)
                50pcs in a bulky pack, and then 10 packs in a carton box (55*31*28cm)
                1 Pallet (110*110*211cm): 42 carton boxes = 21,000pcs (42*500pcs)

                20ft FCL : 10 pallets 210,000pcs
                40ft FCL : 20 pallets + 84 carton boxes = 462,000pcs

Test report and Certificate

Attention

Do not use handkerchiefs, tissue or any other material to cover over the nose when using the mask.

Do not use in places where the oxygen saturation level is below18%.

Do not crush or make changes to the mask.

Do not use if the inside of mask is dirty or contaminated.

Do not wash and re-use.
(The function of the filter will be compromised when washed.)
